The following definitions apply to these Terms and Conditions, and any other Agreements with Parnunu, LLC (hereinafter "Parnunu"): "Client", "You" and "Your" refers to you, the person or entity accessing this website and accepting the Company's terms and conditions. "The Company", "Ourselves", "We" and "Us", refers to Parnunu. "Party", "Parties", or "Us" refers to both the Client and Parnunu, or either the Client or Parnunu. All terms refer to the offer, acceptance and consideration of payment necessary to undertake the process of our assistance to the Client in the most appropriate manner, whether by formal meetings of a fixed duration, or any other means, for the express purpose of meeting the Client's needs with respect to the provision of Parnunu's stated products and/or services, in accordance with and subject to prevailing state and federal law.
Privacy Statement
We are committed to protecting your privacy. Only authorized Parnunu employees on a need to know basis use any information collected from Clients. We regularly review our systems and data to ensure the best possible service to our Clients. State and federal law have created specific civil and criminal penalties for unauthorized actions against computer systems and data. We will investigate any such actions with the intent of prosecuting and/or undertaking civil proceedings to recover damages against those responsible for such actions.
Confidentiality
We are subject to various state and federal statues regarding confidentiality and privacy. Client records are regarded as confidential and therefore will not be divulged to any third party, other than if legally required to do so via subpoena and/or court order. Clients have the right to request access to, and copies of any and all Client records we keep, subject to the requirement that we are given reasonable notice of such a request. Clients are requested to retain copies of any literature issued with regard to the provision of our services. For the benefit of both parties, where appropriate, we shall provide Clients with written information, handouts or copies of records as part of an executed contract. We will not sell, share or rent Client information to any third party or use your e-mail address for unsolicited e-mail. Any e-mails sent by this Company will only be in connection with the provision of agreed upon products and services.
Costs of Collection
The Client agrees to pay all costs incurred by Parnunu as a result of the Client's actions, misuse and/or misappropriation of Parnunu's or another Client's information, and in the collection of any unpaid amount owed by the Client to Parnunu, including but not limited to reasonable attorney fees, court costs, filing and/or service of process fees. The Client further agrees that these terms and conditions were agreed to and accepted in Ottawa County, Michigan.
